The Process
1 - Consultation
We consult with you about your design, the size and material and discuss any other considerations. We offer a phone or in person consultation. You are invited to email your design file if you have one.
2 - Quote
A comprehensive quote will be emailed to you.
3 - Approval and Sample
Once you approve your quote, a custom sample will be to you for final approval. This enables you to see and feel the quality of the rug.
4 - Delivery
We deliver to your location and will provide you cleaning information.
